Ordering & Payments

Ordering with FINDRA should be a straightforward and enjoyable experience.

All payments made on the FINDRA website are encrypted using secure technology. Your card details are not retained or visible to FINDRA employees.
We accept payments via the following options:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Maestro
  • Direct Bank Transfer

Currently we are only able to accept payments in GBP.

Promotional Codes & Gift Vouchers

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will be automatically calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.

If you have an E-voucher please enter this at the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased E -vouchers are non refundable.

Sometimes We Get it Wrong

In the case of errors or oversights on the website FINDRA reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.

FINDRA reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of FINDRA products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please get in touch.

Prices

Prices are quoted in Pound Sterling.

Out of Stock Product & Pre-Orders

It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by using the back order button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note that once an order has been placed FINDRA are unable to amend it. However you can return an item using our free returns policy for an exchange or refund. If you purchased your goods in the EU you can cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and more information can be found in our Website Terms and Conditions.

As a small business, unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, but we do aim to make this process as easy as possible. Shopping with FINDRA online is straightforward and convenient but we also understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We want you to enjoy shopping with us and enjoy wearing our clothing, so when your order wasn’t quite as you expected we are here to help sort that out.

We are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 28 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

Please note we do not issue refunds on Sale items, however, we will offer you an exchange or credit note if you change your mind about a product

FINDRA customer service and returns policy
We offer a free UK returns policy. Shopping with FINDRA on-line is easy and convenient but we also understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.

We want you to enjoy shopping with us and enjoy wearing our clothing, so when your order wasn’t quite as you expected we are here to help sort that out.

We are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 28 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

Delivery
Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days. If an item is not in stock this will be highlighted on our website and you will be advised of a date the product will become available for you to purchase. Please allow 10 working days to receive your delivery before querying your items.

Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded within 10 days of receipt of order, if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.

Returning items
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Postal address details will be given at the time that your returns number is issued. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Taking delivery of your items 
All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate when you complete your purchase. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery, even if the products have not been received by you in person. All products will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Only items purchased directly at www.findra.co.uk will be able to be returned to the site.
